About Us

Crafting Memorable Dining Experiences at Alrehmat

Our Story

At AL Rehamat Cooking House, our story began with a heartfelt passion for bringing authentic, comforting flavors to your table. We see cooking as more than a craft—it is an art passed down through generations. From humble beginnings to becoming a trusted name among food lovers, we remain dedicated to using the finest ingredients and traditional techniques to create dishes that are rich in taste and full of story.

Our Vision

Our vision is to be the heart of every celebration, providing an unparalleled gastronomic experience that stays with you long after the meal is over. We strive to innovate while staying rooted in our traditions, ensuring that every plate served at AL Rehamat is a testament to quality, taste, and excellence.

Donation Program

At our restaurant, giving back is at the heart of what we do. Through our donation program, we accept contributions to help provide warm, nourishing meals to the homeless and orphaned children who need it most. Every donation becomes more than food—it becomes hope, care, and a reminder that someone truly cares. Together, we can share kindness, one meal at a time.

The Legacy of Alrehmat Cooking House (Since 1989)

1989: The Foundation

Alrehmat Cooking House was established in 1989 with a simple yet profound mission: to bring the authentic, rich flavors of traditional subcontinental cuisine to the masses. Founded at a time when “Pakwan” (professional cooking) was transitioning from street-side stalls to organized catering, Alrehmat set itself apart by focusing on quality ingredients and consistent taste.

The 1990s: Mastering the Craft

During its first decade, Alrehmat became a household name for local gatherings and family events.
  • Specialization: The house mastered the art of “Deig” cooking, specifically perfected their signature Beef Biryani and Mutton Qawali, which remains a staple today.

  • Reputation: By the mid-90s, word-of-mouth excellence turned the small cooking house into a preferred vendor for large-scale weddings and corporate lunches.

Core Values Over 35+ Years

  • Authenticity: Using time-tested recipes passed down through generations.

  • Purity: A strict “no-adulteration” policy for oils and spices.

  • Generosity: Maintaining the “Barakah” (blessing) in food by ensuring portions are always generous.
